Points collection is going well, but it is impossible to redeem them. I have been trying for several weeks to obtain a voucher, which is the only reward worth receiving. These are limited in number, and only available at specific times. I was actually online today when hundreds of Amazon vouchers became available, and despite submitting my request for one the very second that they went live, they had all gone. Additionally, limiting your subscribers to one voucher per week is a definite disincentive. I am now a hairs breadth away from uninstalling completely. Other rewards are frankly not worth having, when you can normally obtain the same deals directly from the suppliers without losing points. If you wish to keep clients, then perhaps consider allowing clients to add their name to a list, and receiving their chosen voucher when they get to the top of said list. Alternatively, and even better, make your range of vouchers available at all times rather than in limited numbers. Running the business as you are is certainly turning away this client.

I got a number of gift cards in the past , but failed the last ten times. I think it has been since the phone app went live.
I managed to get quite a few gift cards YEARS ago when they first brought out rewards.. but every time I try now it’s almost pointless even trying.
The homepage states there’s 500,000 users. So releasing 5 gift cards each time means they account for 0.001% of users… Even if 1% of users actively try to collect it, that’s still 5,000 people competing for 5 cards. So your chances of getting one is 0.1%…
